Sandwich Mix on Cheesy Bagel Tuna Melt

Starting with an amazing toasted MISS P’s gluten free cheesy bagel. Add your tuna mix and cheese to one side and quickly air fry or broil to melt cheese. The other half can get a light dressing of your favorite condiments.

We usually use an Avocado Mayo and a touch of honey mustard. Then place a healthy amount of sandwich mix (or any Microgreen of choice) and Viola! Serve with a pickle of choice and you have a fancy café lunch right at home!
