FRESHEST MICROGREENS IN LETHBRIDGE

Pea Shoots

Gentle Fresh Crunch

CA$5.99

With a gentle sweet crunch these versatile shoots offer a subtle sweet pea flavor. Although pea shoots do contain some small amounts of fiber and protein their superpower is a high amount of antioxidants (carotenes) and micronutrients (Vitamin C, A, and K)

We harvest our pea shoots for optimal sweetness and flavor rather than just for size.

We suggest heading to a local butcher for some high-quality burger meat to construct your Mini patties. Then Stopping by a local bakery for Mini buns.
